At TCI, we value the concept of sustainability: using our earth’s resources wisely and preserving our environment for future generations. It is standard for us to thoroughly research and incorporate materials, systems, and delivery methods that meet our clients’ goals while being respectful of nature.

In addition to the subtle green techniques included on all our projects, some of our clients choose to consider more rigorous measures for sustainable design.  The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED^®) rating

system provides a structured format for assessing a building's sustainable features. Members of our architectural, landscape architectural and interior design staff are LEED^® Accredited Professionals (LEED^® AP), capable of guiding clients through the LEED^® certification process.

Approaching sustainability in a holistic fashion is part of TCI’s culture; truly a guiding philosophy for decision making. Our designers employ this attitude through each step of the design, starting with site selection, building orientation and an underlying respect for the land.
