Campus Master Plan
Siena Heights University, Adrian, Michigan

Size: 55 acres

Siena Heights University and the Adrian Dominican Sisters teamed with TCI to create a plan that will shape Siena’s future. A key goal for the University is facilitating a true community effort. TCI worked with the administration, faculty, students and community leaders to develop a realistic plan. Key points in the planning process included an “initial observations” site analysis and an exercise aimed at translating the University’s mission and vision into working guidelines.
