This new building houses a swimming pool for intercollegiate athletics and recreation; basketball, racquetball, volleyball, badminton, and tennis courts; classrooms; a climbing wall; fitness/weight training area; suspended indoor track; lounge/eatery; and faculty offices.

The scale of the facility; architectural elements such as the rotunda, pillars, and window mullions; and the masonry materials speak to the University's high quality image.
